I. Project name: Jinan International Innovative Design Industrial Park

                  II. Brief introduction to the project: the park is located in the west of the south end of Shungeng road and at the northwest corner between Shungeng road and southern outer ring road, resulting in a convenient traffic. It is mainly inclined to attract investment towards such company type as industrial design, new media, educational equipment, design and research

                  III. The situation of the project construction

          The pattern of government leadership, professional management and marketization operation is adopted of the park, co-built by Shizhong district government, Shandong Publishing Group and Guangdong Tongtian Company, and planned to be renovated and constructed in three stages with the completed overall floorage of around 130 thousand square meters. Thereinto, the first-stage project is located in the southwest side of the intersection between Wanshou road and Shungeng road covering an area of 30 Mu, and is aimed at building the most influential high-end industrial cluster of scientific and technological design in North China; the first-stage project has been put into use in the first half of 2016 and the second-stage project is under construction.

        This land parcel is adjacent to such upscale community and supporting facilities as Luneng Lingxiucheng Community in Shizhong District, and Guihe Shopping Center, Hilton Hotel with a complete service and living supporting facilities.
