(I) Introduction to the park

The park is located at No.85, Jianshe Road, and the floor area is 50 mu, after transforming, the construction area is approximately 15,000 square meters, and total investment planned is about 69 million yuan, and it is renovated and transformed by Sinotruk Group on the basis of the original transformer factory, taking culture, creativity and design as the theme, and it is an integrated cultural and creative industrial park gathering resources integration and brand promotion in a whole. Until now, the investment rate in the park is 90%, and 24 enterprises have signed a contract, and the total registered capital is more than 200 million yuan, among them, 13 enterprises have entered and operated, and the remaining enterprises will also operate in the first half of 2017 in succession.
