Project outline and positioning: the project takes an area of 560 Mu and the planned overall floor area of 650 thousand square meters, and it is planned to focus on cultivating and developing such three industries as environmental protection on energy sources, new material and biomedical by virtue of the advantage of scientific and technological innovation of Shandong University and the industry incubation of China Resources Holdings so as to effectively commercialize the Scientific and technological achievements of the characteristic specialties of Shandong University, attract domestic quality industrial platform and innovative incubation platform to settle, and build a domestically first-rate university science and technology industrial park that integrates science and technology exhibition, the commercialization of research findings, key industries incubation, scientific experiment, innovation and entrepreneurship as one.

        The infrastructure and supporting facilities: the project is located within the area of China Resource project of south second ring road. It has a beautiful environment in the surrounding area, and south second ring road elevated road passes through the north of the project. There are such supporting facilities as south campus of Shandong University, training base of Luneng Football School, five-star Hilton Hotel where populated 500 thousand high-end people living in the surrounding area with perfect infrastructure and supporting facilities.

        Government policy support and service: the government will provide one-stop approval service and various provincial, municipal and district policy support.
